This workshop aims to offer practical steps, useful resources, and real-life examples of successful strategies. FLAG President JC McKay and Jackie Kuehl- mann, Senior Principal of LPC, a marketing communica- tions firm with more than 15 years of experience leading marketing efforts for a large label converter, will co-pres- ent the workshop. The main keynote speaker at the meeting will be David Avrin, a Customer Experience expert. During his presen- tation, Avrin will explore the key factors that contribute to success in the modern business environment. FLAG will also welcome back Label & Narrow Web magazine’s edi- tor Greg Hrinya, who will cover the state of the label and packaging industry.
