Hatboro, Pennsylvania based Acme Corrugated Box Com- pany, Inc., which recently celebrated 105 years of business in the Philadelphia metro region, announced a continua- tion of its expansion with the addition of a second Isowa Falcon to their production capacity for 2025. Unprecedented growth during the covid years drove a physical factory expansion and numerous capital invest- ments. Notable equipment purchases include a full 110” Fosber corrugating line, a WIP high-rack vertical storage system, and a Harmax roll delivery system-and the first Is- owa Falcon. To shorten the timeline of orders through the facility, Acme has determined that a second Isowa installation would bring about a level of service unmatched in the re- gional marketplace. Acme believes that by adding the second Isowa Fal- con, as a complement to its existing machine centers, they will be one of the most effective producers of corrugated boxes in the nation. In mid-2023, the company added their first Falcon. The right-handed 2023 Falcon has the same high speeds and short set-up times that Isowa is known for.
