The sales-to-listings ratio for condos in Burnaby North increased to 47%, remaining a seller’s market. The condo benchmark price in December was $598,500, relatively unchanged from November and 3% lower than in December 2018. The average sold price was $610,631, up 1.4% from last month; the average PSF sales price was $728, up 3% from last month.
