The 32 townhome sales in December were down by 1 vs November 2019 but 16 above December 2018. The sales-to-listings ratio rose to 54% as Coquitlam’s townhome market remained in seller’s market territory. The townhome benchmark price in December was $663,000, 3% above November but 0.7% lower vs December 2018. The average sold price was $802,662, with an aver- age PSF sales price of $483 (7% and 0.6% higher, respectively, vs November).
