At 108, the number of townhome listings in Langley were 43% lower month-over-month and 44% lower year-over-year. Townhome sales, at 72, were down by 23% vs November but 80% above last December. The sales-to-listings ratio jumped to 67% in December, as Langley’s townhome segment remained in seller’s market territory. The benchmark price in December was $490,100, relatively unchanged from last month but 0.9% below last year. The average sold price was $573,079, while the average PSF sales price was $391 (down 2% and up 0.8%, respectively, from last month).
