The number of condo listings in Richmond decreased 30% between November and December (to 485), and fell by 9% from last December. The number of condo sales rose by 4% vs November (to 142) and jumped 115% vs December 2018. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 29%, as Richmond’s condo market transitioned to seller’s market territory. The condo benchmark price was $630,200 in December, 0.5% above November but 3% lower than in December 2018. The average sold price was $575,646 (up 3% vs November) while the average PSF sales price was $647 (0.6% higher month-over-month).
