At 15, the number of townhome listings in Squamish were 58% lower in December than in November and 70% below December 2018. Townhome sales, at 9, were down by 7 vs November but 6 higher year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio rose to 60% in December as Squamish’s townhome market remained favour- able to sellers. The benchmark price in December was $732,300, 3% above last month and 8% higher than last year. The average sold price was $727,300, while the average PSF sales price was $515 (up 3% and 4%, respectively, from last month).
