Condo listings in Vancouver East decreased 31% month-over-month (to 253) while December’s list- ings were down 19% year-over-year. Condo sales decreased by 32% from November (to 98) but were up 85% vs last year. The sales-to-listings ratio slightly decreased to 39%, as Vancouver East’s condo segment remained in seller’s market territory. December’s condo benchmark price was $559,300, 1.4% above November but 1.1% lower year-over-year. The average sold price was $621,912, a 1.8% decrease from last month, with an average PSF sales price of $878, 6% above last month.
