At 178, the number of townhome listings in Vancouver West were 27% lower in December than in November but 16% above December 2018. Townhome sales, at 30, were up by 1 vs November and 14 above last December. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 17% in December as Vancouver West’s townhome segment remained in balanced market territory. The benchmark price in December was $1.14M, rel- atively unchanged from last month but 0.8% lower than last year. The average sold price was $1.33M, while the average PSF sales price was $948 (up 12% and 3%, respectively, from last month).
