Condo listings in Vancouver West decreased to 851 in December 2019, 30% below November and 25% lower than in December 2018. Month-over-month, condo sales fell by 15% in December (to 260), while year-over-year sales jumped by 87%. Rising to 31%, the sales-to-listings ratio remained in seller’s market territory. December’s condo benchmark price of $760,300 was 1.3% higher month-over-month but 3% below December 2018. The average sold price was $918,297 at an average PSF sales price of $1,031 (down 3% and 2%, respec- tively, month-over-month).
