The number of condo listings in West Vancouver decreased 28% between November and December, to 83, and were 15% lower vs December 2018. The 11 condo sales in December were 1 below last month but 1 above last year. The sales-to-listings ratio slightly rose to 13% in December, as West Vancouver’s condo market tran- sitioned to balanced market territory. The condo benchmark price was $1.01M in December, 1.3% below November and 10% lower year-over-year. The average sold price was $1.18M and the average PSF sales price was $945 (down 0.3% and up 0.9%, respectively, vs November).
