Shandee Messer

IN THE SPOTLIGHT

“This opportunity makes a lot of sense given the cost of everyday expenses,” she explains, “and I love how easy it is to earn Loyalty Shopping Dollars so I can save even more.” Though Shandee started her Melaleuca business without any financial goals aside from making enough supplemental income to get by, she is now focused on reaching Senior Director and eventually celebrating her success by taking her family on a trip. “I came in with the mindset that I was going to be content with whatever God was willing to let me make here,” she says. “But now that I see what’s possible at Melaleuca, my scope has widened. I hope to be at Road to Executive Director soon!”

“I started with Melaleuca as a customer, and the more I used the products, the more I couldn’t live without them,” she says. She counts Renew ®, the Koala Kubs ™ line, and the Peak Performance Pack among her everyday essentials. “I knew there was something different about Melaleuca the moment I tried the products,” she says. “They should be in every household.” Once Shandee began sharing the referral link with friends and family, she didn’t look back. Her approach is simple: she tells potential Members that she found a shopping club that helps her family save time and money by having wellness products shipped directly to their door.

With three children under age 11, having a more balanced work schedule was Shandee Messer’s primary motivator for building a Melaleuca business. “I realized I wanted to be present in my own life,” she says. “Time is everything, and you don’t get it back.” And it’s not just schedule flexibility that Melaleuca has given Shandee. It’s the knowledge that her team is able to thrive alongside her. “I love that there’s an emphasis on letting everyone shine here—whether you have 2 customers or 200,” she says. Shandee’s passion for Melaleuca products makes it easy for her to share the income opportunity with others.
