Experiencing Melaleuca’s culture that way has really propelled “Team Poppy,” as they call themselves, and encouraged them to continue rocking the Critical Activities every day. “My why is security and freedom,” Bruce says. “I’m enjoying more quality time with my wife. And we will have greater security going forward because Melaleuca is a business that will last a lifetime.” LH
“We immediately decided to put together a team of people who wanted healthier and safer products in their homes,” Bruce says. “We focused on Critical Business- Building Activities 1, 2, and 3. We helped 15 customers open Melaleuca accounts in the first two weeks.” In the following month, Bruce’s organization grew by 401 customers. By continuing to focus on the Critical Business-Building Activities, Bruce and his team have gained momentum that is propelling them toward their goals as they help others reach their own goals. “Attending Road to Executive Director in July really solidified the vision of my

Last spring, when Bruce’s friend Executive Director 9 Scott McKay excitedly told Bruce about a shopping club he’d just opened an account with, Bruce got just as excited. He had shopped at Melaleuca in the late 1990s and knew that the products were stellar and that Melaleuca’s culture and business philosophy were one of a kind.
