"Any Occupation" means any occupation that you are or become reasonably fitted by training, education, experience, age, physical and mental capacity. "Appropriate Available Treatment" means care or services which are: 1. generally acknowledged by Physicians to cure, correct, limit, treat or manage the disabling condition; 2. accessible within your geographical region; 3. provided by a Physician who is licensed and qualified in a discipline suitable to treat the disabling Injury or Sickness; 4. in accordance with generally accepted medical standards of practice. "Basic Monthly Earnings" means the Covered Person's monthly rate of earnings including the average monthly commissions and bonuses paid by the Sponsor for the calendar year prior to the date of Disability or Partial Disability begins. If the Covered Person was not employed by the Sponsor during the prior calendar year, commissions and bonuses will be averaged over the period of employment prior to the date Disability or Partial Disability began. "Consumer Price Index" means the government publication "The Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers" provided monthly by the U.S. Department of Labor, or its successor or in the event of no successor a similar Index of comparable purpose chosen by Lincoln.
