The asset sold for $6,270,000. David Kelso, CCIM , an associate director in Marcus &Millichap’s National Office & Industrial Groups New Jersey office, had the listing to market the property on behalf of the seller. Kelso also represented the buyer in this transaction. This real estate opportu- nity, a professional office building is located at 301 S. Livingston Avenue, in the center of Livingston, New Jersey.
