Crews Assured

F&B

Outlets Depending on your proximity to local restaurants, crew members may take full advantage of your F&B outlets, especially if a discount is offered. Crew contracts will typically include a 20% discount on food. It is important that your F&B team is aware of their arrivals times to potentially capture that business. Comp Breakfast For those hotels that do not offer complimentary breakfast as a standard, crew contracts will likely require some sort of complimentary continental breakfast. To-go breakfast bags should be available to pilots prior to operating hours for breakfast. Bag should include a fresh fruit, Danish or muffin, yogurt and a juice. These may be provided in place of a continental breakfast but not advised as crews will expect a little more. If you do not have a contracted third-party company to inspect and maintain fitness equipment quarterly, it is recommended. PM’s and deep cleans in these areas should be done prior to the start of crew business and kept up with regularly. Communicate any local discount offers from restaurants and attractions.
