Installation All products are carefully checked before leaving our factory. Due to their textile na- ture, they must also be checked before final installation/hanging. Warranty claims should be accompanied by the roll label and a sample that shows the defect.. Keep the same “LOT” number together on one wall. Rolls from the same batch (LOT number) must be applied together, the colors may not completely match. In general, installation must be checked, or stopped, if any visible issues are identified after hanging a few panels.. Complaints received after installation of more than 10 panels cannot be accepted.
