From humble beginnings in 1967, we’ve grown to become the largest department at the University of Warwick, with staff based at our main building, located in Coventry on the University’s campus, or at our London base at The Shard. We aim to provide a stimulating and fulfilling work environment for all across our Professional Services and Academic roles, where you’ll feel supported to grow professionally and develop your knowledge and skills. For nearly 60 years, we’ve been helping people turn ambition into action – and equipping them to make a real difference. From the pioneering research we undertake, to the students we help to shape, Warwick Business School is for the Change Makers who will impact the world for the better. Change Makers are staff, students, alumni and partners who see challenges as opportunities and focus on progress rather than perfection. They’re drawn to taking action, learning as they go, and doing the things that will really move the needle forward. For them, the future isn’t what you imagine – it’s what you make it. We were the first UK business school to be triple accredited by the major accrediting bodies (EQUIS, AMBA, AACSB) and to receive the Athena SWAN Gold Award for our work on improving gender equality. Our community come from a wide variety of backgrounds, cultures, and nationalities, and we strive to have an open and welcoming environment where everyone can be themselves.
