elevet+ ® Oestradiol Benzoate Injection 1 mg/mL ® For oestrus synchronization programs and treatment of anoestrus in cattle ® Available in a 50 mL and 100 mL multidose vial Clinical applications ® Improve precision of oestrus onset and maximise fertility in oestrus synchronization programs ® Induce oestrus and ovulation after progesterone priming with an intravaginal insert in the treatment of anoestrus in cattle Dosage and administration ® Inject 2 mL at the time of the intravaginal insert containing progesterone ® Inject a further 1 mL 24 to 48 hours after the removal of the intravaginal insert containing progesterone ® Administer via intramuscular injection ® Use contents within 24 hours of first broaching the vial, discard unused portion after 24 hours Storage Store below 30°C (room temperature). Protect from light. Do not freeze.
elevet+ ® Cloprostenol Injection for Cattle and Horses 250 ug/mL ® A luteolytic agent for clinical use and the control of the oestrus cycle ® Available in 20 mL & 100 mL multidose vials Cattle Clinical application includes: ® Managing suboestrus or non-detected oestrus ® Termination of normal but unwanted pregnancies ® Termination of abnormal pregnancies (e.g. removal of mummified foetus) ® Chronic endometritis (pyometra) ® Induction of parturition ® Hydrops of the foetal membranes ® Managing ovarian luteal cysts ® For use in controlled breeding programs Dosage and administration ® Single or repeat doses of 2 mL (500 ug cloprostenol) by intramuscular injection ® Use contents within 28 days of first broaching vial, discard unused portion after 28 days Horses Clinical applications include: ® Induction of luteolysis following early foetal death and resorption
elevet+ ® Gonadorelin Injection 100 ug/mL
® Controls the production and secretion of Luteinising Hormone (LH) and Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH) by the pituitary gland. ® Available in a 20 mL and 100 mL multidose vial Clinical applications ® Treatment of cystic ovaries ® Prevention of delayed ovulation ® Improvement of postpartum fertility ® Oestrus synchronization programs Dosage and administration ® To be given into the anterior half of the neck ® Cystic ovaries - Administer 5 mL (500 ug Gonadorelin) by intramuscular injection ® Prevention of delayed ovulation - Administer 2.5 mL (250 ug Gonadorelin) by intramuscular injection ® Improvement of postpartum fertility - Administer 2.5 mL (250 ug Gonadorelin) by intramuscular injection ® Oestrus synchronization - Administer 1 mL (100 ug Gonadorelin) by intramuscular injection according to approved protocol in conjunction with prostaglandin F2 alpha (PGF2 α ) ® Use contents within 28 days of first broaching vial, discard unused portion after 28 days Storage Store below 25°C (air conditioning).
