BAND WALK Attach tubing to ankles as shown. Begin with a wide stance, knees and hips slightly bent. Perform a partial squat, thenwalkforward,keepingyour legs in a wide stance. Walk 10- 12steps,keepingthetensionon tubing throughout theexercise.

HIP HIKES While standing up on a step, lower one leg downward towards the floorbytiltingyourpelvis to the side. Then return the pelvis/leg back to a leveled position.
