In order to organize the transfers, please provide us with the following details: Flight dates, times of arrival and departure, flight number, selected airport and amount of luggage. Number of passengers (adults and children, ages of the children, in order to provide babyseats or boosters) Pick up time from the hotel to the airport: o Pick up time for TFS: 2 hours before flight time, includes the 25 min. journey. o Pick up time for TFN: 3 hours before flight time, includes the 1-hour journey.
Conditions:
Rates exclude 7% tax.
Children are considered as adults. Baby seats and boosters are included. Golf bags are considered as suitcases. Guests will be met outside luggage retrieval area (The Ritz-Carlton, Abama sign with thename of the guest). Maximum waiting time: 1 hour. Above prices will apply as of January 1 st 2024 and will be reviewed in December 2024.
Cancellation policy:
No show: 100 % of the total amount.
48 hours or more in advance: Reservations may be cancelled free of charge 24 hours in advance: 50 % of the total amount. 12 hours in advance: 75 % of the total amount.
