In order to organize the transfers , please provide us with the following details :
Flight dates , times of arrival and departure , flight number , selected airport and amount of luggage . Number of passengers ( adults and children , ages of the children , to provide babyseats or boosters ) Pickup time from the hotel to the airport :
o Pick up time for TFS : 2 hours before flight time , includes the 25 min . journey . o Pick up time for TFN : 3 hours before flight time , includes the 1 - hour journey .
Conditions :
Rates exclude 7 % tax . ISOFIX baby seats are available at a cost of € 18 . 40 + 7 % IGIC per seat and per way and normal chairs and booster will cost € 5 . 75 + 7 % IGIC per chair and per way . Golf bags are considered as suitcases . Guests will be met outside the luggage - retrieval area by a representative holding a Ritz - Carlton , Abama sign . One hour of waiting is included ; thereafter , 44 . 17 € per full hour per vehicle ( taxes not included ) applies . If the pick - up time is exceeded by more than 15 minutes , waiting charges will be added . Above prices will apply as of January 1st , 2026 , and will be reviewed in December 2026 . All services between 20 : 00h and 08 : 00 will have additional charge of 38 . 59 EUR + 7 % IGIC
Cancellation policy :
No show : 100 % of the total amount . 48 hours or more in advance : Reservations may be cancelled free of charge
24 hours in advance : 50 % of the total amount . 12 hours in advance : 75 % of the total amount .
