Part # 823 is a liner (no blocks to be insert- ed) with a smooth face texture. The finger joint pattern removes any lines present in the finished concrete panel and the result is a block pattern suitable for staining or painting or simply left as is. The liner is still made with “+/ - ” joints for overlap indicated by the plus and minus symbols outside the liner drawing.
