About You
You will be a leader with an understanding of driving an agenda of change within an organisation. A strategic thinker who is able to see opportunity and solutions in order to deliver a culture of excellence. You will have experience of working with multiple stakeholders to drive business experience improvements, with a highly collaborative approach. You will have a strong commercial outlook that can be integrated into the education sector. A high experience of Negotiating and influencing both internally and externally. The role will require a degree of flexibility and the ability to work well under pressure.
