intimus SSD Granulator - High Volume SSD Destruction - User Selectable Particle Size The intimus SSD Granulator is equipped with interchangeable sizing screens that allow users to select the level of destruction based on the sensitivity of the items being destroyed. For less sensitive information it can be run with no screen to create particles of about 5.8mm wide by random lengths. For more sensitive data the SSD Granulator can be run with one of the two included sizing screens to create particles as small as 3mm x 3mm which meets the particle size guidelines set forth by the NSA. With throughputs to over 1,200 lbs./hour, our industrial shredders easily handle the most demanding destruction requirements. We can also outfit most industrial units with an integrated baling press. Our H200 (shown here) is an entry level, light industrial shredder capable of shredding up to 80 sheets per pass. A unique hopper feed allows it to accept balled and crumpled paper and is large enough to accept a full waste basket. A rotating paddle helps to force feed items into the cutting head for fast, efficient shredding. A bypass sheet feeder at the front of the unit also allows for flat sheet feeding of individual pages or continuous forms.
