Welcome, and thank you for your interest in our 44th Production sale! Although we always appreciate the opportunity to showcase our cowherd, this sale will definitely have a bittersweet slant to it as we will be letting go of some of our most productive, profitable females from the heart of the herd. As we try to balance our feed and labor resources, a herd reduction sale of this magnitude seemed like the best way to move forward while trying to maintain some semblance of a work-life balance. The âFâ model females that will sell represent all of the females born in 2018, none are being held back. The younger females in the sale will be a true cross-section of all age groups from the rest of the herd, the selection criteria being a calving date after October 1st. This cowherd is the result of over 50 years of a strict breeding philosophy geared toward producing bulls that make our commercial cattlemen successful, and profitable over the years. Those customers, and their continued success is what has allowed our program to flourish and grow over time. We are proud of the progeny records and sales that are represented by the cows in this offering, and would love the opportunity to show and discuss them with you.
