Tim and Kim move to Gordon, Nebraska when they purchase part of the ground that Kim’s family had homesteaded and TK Angus becomes a full-time occupation. 1991

Tim and Kim are married, and the TK prefix was adopted. Tim and Kim both have full time jobs in town, supporting the cattle business. 1984

The first TK Angus female sale is held. 1994

The first Annual TK Angus bull sale is held in Ogallala, Nebraska. 1989

Tim starts showing Angus breeding heifers purchased from Joe Giles of Ainsworth, NE. He showed fived Grand or Reserve Grand Champions at the Nebraska State Fair. The Tesa and Edella cow families go back to these foundation females. The pedigree prefix on these cattle was T Bar M. 1974-1978

SAV Downpour 8794 was purchased for $100,000. Another Pathfinder sire that has had an outsized impact on our program. 2019

TK Steamboat D307 is born. Steamboat sold half interest and half possession to JW Simonson for $24,000. 2016

Musgrave 316 Stunner was purchased for $83,000. Another Pathfinder sire that had a massive impact on our breeding program, and his influence can be seen in many of our current pedigrees. 2017

December 15th, 2025 Annual bull sale averages $10,682 on 148 bulls, with a high selling bull at $32,500. Many of the dam’s of these bulls will be offered June 1st! 2025
