nation of Israel which will even tually bring a blessing to all nations of the world during the millennium. Hitler sought to do this in Europe during World War II. Six million Jews were put to death. You see, without the nation of Israel there could be no Messianic King of judgment. This stooge of the devil will suc cessively and successfully deceive both apostate Israel and the other nations of the world on his path way toward total dictatorship. He will unveil his intentions when he demands worship as though he were God (Matthew 24:15). All men will be required to receive the mark of the beast as a sign of alle giance to "the man of sin." That is, unless they are numbered among those whom God has sealed from all harm. People will face death by execution or starvation if they refuse the mark of the beast. The last 42 months of that seven years unprecedented persecution will come upon Israel (Matthew 24:15- 26; Revelation 12:12-17). The anti-Christ will be permitted
We have seen a constant con flict between Satan and that which led to the coming of Christ into the world, His going to the cross, His resurrection, and certainly His glorious coming again. The devil has opposed at every turn in God's divine road preparation for man's redemption. Yet Christ eternally has won the victory over this evil foe. Perhaps this is never so clearly seen as in the case of the anti- Christ, Satan's monumental coun terfeit. Our study for today is based on Revelation 19:11-21. With the removal of the Church at the Rapture the devil will seek to enthrone his own emissary of evil dominion. The restraint he has experienced will now be gone. He will bring forth "the lawless one" who will show all power and signs of lying wonders (II Thessalonians 2:1-12). These dramatic moments of defiance toward God will take place during the seven year Tribu lation. This immediately follows the removal of the Church, the Bride of Christ, from this world.
