During the past 2 weeks, the Mechanical subteam received some critical parts for the robot and have begun assembling the robot based on a CAD design created prior. They plan on creating and attaching an end effector to the robot and begin testing the robot in the following weeks. The CAD design dimensions weren’t exact to the robot, but it was an easy fix as few parts had to be moved around to create a functioning robot. Next week, they plan on having the main components of the robot completed and allowing the electrical and programming subteams, who are waiting for the mech team to wire and test the robot. For the past 2 weeks, the Programming subteam has been working on wiring their custom controller while testing their drivetrain functions. Additional work is being done to counter ongoing issues with the drivetrain and to reprogram the second controller. Next week, the Programming subteam hopes to be able to test out the robot and its elevator with code. Additionally, they hope to have their custom controller commands mapped. Programming

Operations The Operations subteam has completed 2 animations: The Safety Animation Award and the Digital animation, while the Impact Award has a deadline that is nearing close. Working on the essay, video, executive summaries, and the presentation is the primary focus for the subteam at the moment. Operations also plans on creating new social media content including weekly reels and videos while writers are continuously searching for sponsorships and grants. Balancing all these tasks simultaneously, the Operations subteam is collaboratively working on helping each other out to meet these goals promptly.
