The Great Expectations Program helps current and former foster youth between the ages of 13 and 24 in Central Virginia complete high school, gain access to a community college education, and transition successfully to independent living. Meet with PVCC academic coaches and tutors! Academic coaches help students succeed in all academic settings, including online learning environments. First Quadrant Math Center tutors assist students in mathematics as well as business, science and technology courses. Writing Center tutors offer writing assistance in any discipline and help in humanities, social science and Spanish courses.
