The PVCC Eugene Giuseppe Center increases access to PVCC programs and services for Charlottesville residents and those living in the high- growth areas of northern Albemarle and Greene counties. ASSOCIATE DEGREE IN NURSING PROGRAM

The associate degree in nursing (ADN) program has expanded, allowing for a cohort of 50 students to begin the program this spring at the Giuseppe Center. The ADN program is continually ranked among the best in Virginia and earned a top 20 ranking in Nursing Schools Almanac 2020 rankings. Graduates of

the program become registered nurses after passing the state licensure exam. PVCC RN graduates generally stay in Central Virginia and work at UVA Medical Center, Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital, doctors’ offices and long term care facilities.
