Se trata de un dispositivo gourmet que se proyecta sobre las plataformas del tren, aferrándose a vagones de carga o de pasajeros para trasladarse de un lugar a otro. El dispositivo tiene un área aproximada de 40 m² para transportar siete comedores que se extraen y disponen libremente, apoderándose de la estación. Desde la estructura del vagón se despliegan mesas y sillas, liberando el interior para actividades gastronómicas. Cuenta con tres espacios culinarios independientes.
It consists of a gourmet device that extends over train platforms, attached to freight or passenger cars to move from one place to another. The device has an approximate area of 40 m² to transport seven dining units, which are deployed and casually placed taking over the station. The tables and chairs unfold from the structure of the railroad car, clearing the interior of the car for gastronomic activities organized into three separate culinary spaces.
