El proyecto busca representar el momento actual de la ciudad de Lima, y en especial del barrio de Miraflores, donde la cultura y tradición se mezclan con lo cosmopolita. El desafío era construir un edificio que reflejara estos valores a través del diseño y que se posicionara como un referente para Lima y Sudamérica. The project seeks to represent the current period of the city of Lima, and especially the neighborhood of Miraflores, where culture and tradition mix with a cosmopolitan atmosphere. The challenge was to erect a building that would reflect these values through design and become a benchmark for Lima and South America.
