En esta mansión construida en la transición entre el art nouveau y el art decó se levanta el céntrico Hotel Magnolia, un proyecto de renovación patrimonial en que la iluminación se diseñó buscando realzar la convivencia de la arquitectura original y la nueva estética aportada por la remodelación, como también dar valor al interiorismo a través de decorativos objetos de luz. The downtown Hotel Magnolia, housed in a mansion built in the transition period from art nouveau to art deco, is a heritage renovation project in which lighting was designed to enhance the coexistence of the original architecture and the new aesthetics expressed in the renovation, and to enrich the interior design through decorative light objects.
