The Information and Resource Hub is where you can search and filter for articles, stories, podcast episodes and videos specific to your needs. My Journey On the BCNA website, you can learn about and sign up for My Journey, which is our online tool for information tailored to your diagnosis. My Journey features a symptom and notes tracker allowing you to keep track of any symptoms, jot down important questions for your doctor or add notes. Helpline BCNA’s Helpline provides support and information about breast cancer for people living with breast cancer and for their family members and friends.
