Se ha dispuesto que el único elemento que resalte corresponda al comprendido por la sala de muestra permanente, asentando un hito que le pueda ser propio al museo dentro del sistema de espacio público propuesto. A través de la configuración formal de este elemento se ha logrado articular dos relaciones significativas: una desde el interior, la cual permite la relación entre el último de los bloques museográficos y el memorial, culminando así con el recorrido de la muestra con el reconocimiento de este último; y una relación exterior, la cual configura un mirador con vista sobre el río y los hitos cercanos al proyecto: Memorial 27F y Teatro Regional. The only element that will stand out is the permanent collection hall, establishing a landmark that belongs to the museum within the proposed system of public spaces. Through the formal configuration of this element two significant relationships are articulated: one from the inside, which allows the relationship between the last of the museum blocks and the memorial, culminating the route of the exhibition with the recognition of the latter; and an exterior relationship, which gives rise to a terrace overlooking the river and the milestones near the project: 27F Memorial and Regional Theater.
