El primer piso de acceso y fachada principal se identifica con el gran atrio sobre el cual se desarrollan las aulas en dos niveles y agrupadas en las unidades académicas, que rodean y se vinculan perimetralmente con los patios de junior, middle y senior . Los espacios administrativos y académicos se distribuyen en torno al recorrido ascendente e integrativo de estos tres niveles, consolidando así una segunda fachada. A nivel de cubierta se consolida la cuarta fachada como plataforma deportiva y de encuentro que se proyecta hacia el mar. Este gesto horizontal (cubierta) es el que unifica y da un sentido de totalidad e identidad al colegio, mientras que el vertical (barra) orienta y consolida la idea de "hito urbano" (imagen urbana).
The ground and entrance level and the main facade design hint of the large interior atrium around which the classrooms are organized in two levels. Grouped according to academic units, they surround and are linked to the junior, middle and senior courtyards. The administrative and academic spaces are distributed along the ascending and integrating circulation of these three levels, creating a second facade. At roof level, the fourth facade is consolidated as a sports and assembly platform that projects towards the sea. This horizontal gesture (roof cover) unifies and gives a sense of totality and identity to the school, while the vertical gesture (bar) directs and consolidates the idea of "urban landmark" (urban image).
