1. ATERRAZAMIENTO DEL TERRENO Trabajo de los niveles en relación a la topografía natural. SITE TERRACES Contour adjustment in relation to the natural topography. 2. DIAGRAMA DE ANILLOS DE CIRCULACIÓN DIAGRAM OF CIRCULATION RINGS 3. DRENAJES Se crean dos áreas de infiltración. Una en el nivel superior (estacionamientos) para detener aguas y posibles aludes de terrenos aledaños, y abajo para recolectar las aguas propias del terreno. DRAININGS Two areas of infiltration are necessary. One at the upper level (parking lots) to stop water and possible landslides from surrounding areas, and another to collect the waters of the plot. 4. ARBORIZACIÓN Se proponen patios de juego y sombra ocupando especies, en su mayoria nativas, de baja mantención y bajo requerimiento hídrico. Los perímetros se trabajan con paisajismo para filtrar el polvo, ruido y el calor. TREE PLANTATION Playgrounds and shaded patios use mostly native species with low maintenance and low water requirement. The perimeters are dealt with landscaping to control dust, noise and heat.
