The topping of the building contains a final technical level, where all the equipment for the operation of the building is hidden behind an extension of the volumetric architecture. This technical level, generally left out from the façade design, crowns the building and makes use of its height over the valley and the views towards the mountain range and the city with a terrace. If the use of the "fifth façade" (upper terrace) is important, so is the use of the plinth
(sixth façade). This element incorporates the Auditorium, connected to the interior of the building and with direct access from the street. Over this base, two volumes are defined with their own geometry, determined by the predominant orientation of each one and separate interior programmatic functions. At the same time, they are connected in specific points by bridges in the upper levels.
