Hacia el frente de la Ruta 225, el muro cortina con estructura metálica de cuatro alturas con más de 14 m –que recrea el entramado del bosque– contiene las circulaciones tanto horizontales como verticales del edificio. Esta permeabilidad brinda al espacio y su recorrido una conexión visual con los cerros y laderas hacia el sur de la vía, los cuales forman parte del proyecto integral considerando invernaderos y cultivos orgánicos de explotación artesanal que abastecerán al propio hotel. La transparencia de este muro cortina contrasta dramáticamente con la dureza de la torre de ascensor. Hacia esta misma fachada, y separada por un muro revestido en ciprés de las Guaitecas, está el cubo de acceso, también de hormigón armado, rotado en 45° proveniente de la misma geometría interior, con perforaciones superiores con profundidad para dar más cuerpo al volumen. El programa considera en primer piso o nivel de acceso el hall, recepción, lobby, bar, estares, baños públicos y tres habitaciones. En el nivel -1, el comedor, baños públicos, gimnasio, piscina y SPA; se conecta con el Centro de Eventos, que tiene un segundo acceso directo desde el nivel exterior. Hacia los pisos 2 y 3 están las demás habitaciones, 16 en total incluidas cuatro suites, y en el 4° nivel una terraza superior para una futura ampliación de seis habitaciones. Los subterráneos mantienen la misma geometría superior, abiertos hacia el agua y volcán.
Towards route 225, a four-story 14-meter- high curtain wall –which recreates the forest pattern– contains both the horizontal and vertical circulations of the building. This permeability gives the space and its circulations a visual connection with the hills and slopes towards the south of the road. These are part of the integral project with greenhouses and organic crops of artisanal cultivation that will stock the hotel itself. The transparency of this curtain wall contrasts dramatically with the hardness of the elevator core. On the same façade, and separated by a wall covered in cypress of the Guaitecas, the entrance cube –also of reinforced concrete– is rotated 45° from the same interior geometry, with deep perforations to give more weight to the volume. The functional program considers the hall, reception, lobby, bar, lounges, public restrooms and three guest rooms on the first floor or access level. Level -1 contains the dining room, public restrooms, gym, swimming pool and SPA, and a connection to the conference center, which has a second direct access from the outside level. The rest of the guest rooms are on levels 2 and 3, 16 in total including four suites, and on the 4 th level an upper terrace for a future six room expansion. The basement level maintains the same above-round geometry, open to the water and the volcano.
