El equilibrio entre lo público y privado es el concepto que rige el programa de este proyecto. Ubicado en la zona costera central, cuenta con un eje programático de dos dormitorios, un baño y estar cocina en primer piso. La dualidad espacial y formal da paso a la expresión física en los materiales utilizados. En su primer nivel regido por pilares y muros de hormigón armado, unidos a través de cristales, los cuales terminan por delimitar este único y gran espacio destinado a contemplar. Por el contrario, el segundo nivel consiste en un solo volumen opaco revestido en su exterior en madera 2x1", conectado al exterior por una sola ventana por recinto. Ambos volúmenes se unen verticalmente por la escala, sobre la cual va una gran fuente de luz natural, una lucarna paralela al sentido de la escala. The balance between public and private is the concept that governs the program of this project. Located in the central coastal region, its programmatic axis consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom and lounge kitchen on the first floor. The spatial and formal duality gives way to the physical expression in the materials employed. The first level is ruled by columns and walls of reinforced concrete, connected through the glazing that defines this unique and great space destined for contemplation. On the other hand, the second level consists of a single opaque volume coated on its exterior by 2x1" timber planks, linked to the outside by a single window per room. Both volumes are joined vertically by the stairs, over which a great source of natural light hovers parallel to the direction of the stairway.
