Collaborative and community spaces were located on the first level; on the second, auditoriums and meeting rooms; on the third, a cafeteria with a perimeter terrace, while the different offices were distributed from floors 4 to 13. The general management was placed on the top level. The narrow façade of the building faces north and has privileged views towards the canyon of the Mapocho River, San Cristóbal Hill and the Andes range, ranging from birds-eye views on the upper floors to glimpses through the oriental plane trees of Costanera Avenue on the lower floors. The first architectural decision was to provide these privileged views to all the building’s users, concentrating all the offices on one end of the floor plan, while connecting with the core of elevators and stairs located in the center. For this purpose, an open lounge space was placed in this position, and a large diagonal element was designed to run through the entire floor plan between this point and the vertical circulation core. This operation builds a physical relationship between both places, and organizes and divides the plan between public areas (meeting rooms) and private areas (open plan offices).
