El edificio principal de la terminal portuaria se ha pensado como una gran galería y portal de acceso desde el mar que envuelve al visitante para luego relanzarlo al descubrimiento de la ciudad. Se constituye además, a través de esta nueva modernidad, en el Palacio de Invierno que rinde homenaje a la historia y a lo naval, conectando la ciudad y el mar. Equipado con sus comercios y locales gastronómicos, se configura como hall, foyer y estar urbano, en donde se busca el encuentro social y de estancia protegido del clima. The main building of the port terminal has been thought of as a large gallery and access portal from the sea that surrounds the visitor and then launches it to the discovery of the city. It is also meant to be, through this new modernity, the Winter Palace that pays homage to history and seafaring, connecting the city and the sea. Equipped with shops and gastronomic premises, it is configured as a hall, foyer and urban lounge where social encounter and relaxation protected from the climate is sought.
