Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour Hours per Week & Shifts: No less than 30. Shifts will take place during regular business hours. Description: Manage/take leadership of the office and company operations, as well as maintaining great working relationship with other staff. Manage and organize confidential documents and files. Assists the company's principal in time management by documenting and tracking calendars, appointments, and emails. Assist with planning meetings, events, and presentations. Visit construction sites sometimes, to assist CEO with administrative tasks. Updated Requirements: Must have your own car and driver’s license. Must be open to the possibility of continuing to work through the school year and staying in the area for at least a year. Some familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and office management software preferred, not required. Good understanding of moderate accounting/bookkeeping or willing to learn. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Strong team player, with hands on work ethic. Enthusiastic about building a positive company culture.
