Description: Conduct personal training and sports performance programs for athletes. Assist in personal training group classes for adults. Learn how to perform movement assessments to assess client strengths and limitations. Understand the essentials skills it takes to be a highly sought after performance trainer. Receive a comprehensive education surrounding anatomy, movement patterns, and core pillars of movement training and performance. Develop entry level understanding of plyometric training, speed and power development, and agility programming.
