Integral to the firm’s success is partner and principal designer Brelan Owen Pearson, who leads both the Houston and WaterColor teams alongside her mom. Growing up on job sites and design studios, Brelan was destined for this path. She pursued an interior design degree at LSU and brought a fresh perspective to the firm—one that clients quickly embraced. “Brelan has a subtly contemporary edge that pairs beautifully with our classic foundation,” says Tami. “Clients love her eye for detail and the energy she brings to each project.” Together, Tami and Brelan form a seamless partnership built on trust, creativity and a shared passion for helping people love where they live. We often create custom furniture designs so we can achieve a result tailored to the client.” With over two decades of experience in residential and commercial design, Tami Owen has earned her place as a design visionary. Though known for her sophisticated yet livable residential interiors, she’s
beachfront retreats and sprawling farmhouses. Owen’s design philosophy is rooted in a deep understanding of how a space should feel and function. “We design properties from the city to the beach to the farm,” she explains. “Our interiors serve as a foundation for each individual client’s way of life,” she said. As for Houston, we are always seeing high demand for construction projects.”
