As I look back on my journey, I understand that my mother’s support wasn’t about providing me with answers or fixing my issues; it was about instilling in me the courage to ask questions, to find solutions, and to believe in myself. She empowered me to cultivate a sense of agency, purpose, and identity, allowing me to face life’s challenges with increased confidence, resilience, and hope. As a mother, I believe I play a vital role in shaping my daughter’s educa- tion and development. I encourage her to grow and evolve into whoev- er she wants to be, while also serving as a role model for others. I aim to inspire her by fostering curiosity, enthusiasm, and a commitment to learning, hoping she adopts this mindset. Whether it’s through reading books, exploring new topics, or discussing various ideas, I want my ex- ample to show her that learning is a lifelong journey. I hope she finds me as inspiring as I find my own mother. I strive to support her in asking questions, exploring her interests, and creating an environment where curiosity is celebrated, so she learns to think critically and independently. Being present as she grows helps her build the confidence to take risks and overcome challenges. Feeling supported and loved keeps her moti- vated and resilient in her education and life choices.

Returning to work after the birth of my second daughter felt like finally resurfacing after being underwater for a long time. My daughter’s need for closeness was so intense that in the first year, I could count the con - versations I had with adults without her on one hand. Returning to a world where my child wasn’t the main focus took a lot of strength and patience. However, this return was crucial for both my well-being and my children’s development. Now, I could pursue my creative passions and collaborate with others again. I needed to continue growing to stay healthy. I returned as an ex- hausted, sleep-deprived mother and, after nearly two years of self-devel- opment, have grown into a leadership role. Through this, I have shown my daughters that work and personal growth are essential parts of life. They should consciously see that their mom actively takes care of herself and that her happiness doesn’t depend on them. I am a mother with all my heart, but not only that! Despite all my professional and personal activities, my heart and most of my energy are, of course, devoted to my children. From an early age, I want them to see how their mother successfully juggles professional and family responsibilities and how this juggling can lead to a successful career. I want my daughters to develop strong self-confidence and high career aspirations. They should learn that achieving career goals while having a family is possible. Mothers who pursue their professional goals can be sure that they not only enrich their own lives but also significantly improve their daughters’ professional and personal opportunities. This should encourage them to continue their own professional development and be proud of their achievements – both in their careers and families.
