with the reassurance that I will always be there to support her along the way. She is a dedicated athlete, currently representing our state in taekwondo and badminton, while also competing in basketball and track and field for her school. Having been an athlete myself, we often discuss the im- portance of mental strength, handling pressure, and focusing on self-im- provement rather than just winning medals. It’s about challenging our- selves to be better than we were yesterday. Her hard work has paid off, as she has achieved outstanding results and even won gold medals. Beyond sports, she is disciplined academically. I’ve always emphasized that no matter how good she is in sports, education remains essential. She understands this balance well, and in school, she is reliable and re- sponsible, which led to her being appointed as a prefect by her teachers. I also believe that actions speak louder than words. I show her the values I hold by leading by example, whether it’s through my work, dedication, or commitment to giving back. I actively engage in charity work for the community and make it a point to bring her along. Through these experi- ences, she learns the importance of kindness, empathy, and contributing to something bigger than herself. Ultimately, my goal is to equip her with the values, discipline, and resil- ience she needs to navigate life with confidence and purpose.

Mom, since I was little, you taught me that knowledge is a powerful tool. I remember when you would sit with me to help with my homework after school, always with that infinite patience only you possess. You have also taught me to be strong. When I faced my first failures or doubts, you were always there to remind me that every mistake is an opportunity to grow. You showed me how to get back up, move forward, and never lose faith in myself. That strength you taught me is a gift I treasure in every stage of my life. I also want to thank you for creating a home filled with joy. You nurtured my curiosity in a way that has left an unforgettable mark on my development. But what inspires me the most about you is your unconditional love. You always know exactly when I need a hug or words of encouragement. The security you’ve given me has allowed me to dream big and dare to pursue my goals, knowing you’ll always be by my side, supporting me. Thank you for being my guide on this journey. I am deeply grateful for every sacrifice you’ve made and for every lesson you’ve taught me. You are the heart of my education and the soul of my personal growth. I feel incredibly lucky to have you as my mother, and I promise to always carry your teachings with me. Being the mother of an incredible ten-year-old boy has been a challeng- ing journey, but every obstacle we’ve overcome together has made our bond stronger and more loving.
