Senior Project Manager
• Significant experience as a project manager, responsible for managing and leading large scale Healthcare, Science or Education projects from inception to completion valued up to and in excess of £50m. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of personal credibility and authority working with senior management. • Knowledge and in-depth understanding of publicly funded capital projects including business case process, procurement and contract administration of NEC3 and P22.
• Significant line management experience including development and mentoring
Project Manager
• Experience as an assistant or project manager, responsible for managing Healthcare, Science or Education projects from inception through to completion valued up to £20m.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of personal credibility and ability to work with peers.
• An appreciation of publicly funded capital projects including business case process, procurement and contract administration of NEC3 and P22.
Assistant Project Manager
• Some exposure as an assistant project manager, ideally supporting projects at various stages, occasionally lead (with support) on a phase or elements of large construction projects.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of personal credibility.
• A moderate understanding of publicly funded and ideally expo sure to NEC3 or P22 contract types.
• Experience of supporting a professional project team
Professional Qualifications
• Recognised professional qualifications in a relevant field – RICS, APM, RIBA, CIOB, CIBSE or ICE
