ONSITE CONTRACT SERVICES
We have the ability to provide a variety of services to those that are in need of general warehousing and production. Our service options include, but are not limited to: bagging, heat sealing, kitting, collating, pack-out, master packing, assembly, deconstruction and sorting, labeling and relabeling. We also have equipment for shrink wrapping, blister packing, and skin packing. We pride ourselves in the care that is given to customer product and the quality provided so our business partners have peace of mind. Entry level positions are hard to fill. Our NO FEE individual employment services provide OPARC job matching, instruction and coaching to ensure success on the job. From connecting and matching candidate skills with employer needs to providing coaching and training to ensure productivity in the workplace. OPARC workers are prepared and ready to perform job responsibilities.
Outdoor tasks and ongoing work assignments at your facility can best be addressed by an OPARC work crew. From landscaping and grounds keeping to custodial and production duties, our work crews can provide on-going, regular services for a variety of entry level and trainable tasks. One fee covers all payroll, human resources and supervisory costs.

We initiated a program with OPARC to paint our fire hydrants. OPARC created a team and got to work. Initially, we thought they could get to four or five a day, taking about two years. As it turned out, they completed the project in less than a year. They were fantastic and exceeded our expectations. In fact, this is now an ongoing maintenance program.
